Were words to grow by – and that idea – that you should follow-up – always – I thought was just great practical advice. It's so easy (and I’ve had it happen…) where you get all excited about meeting someone or getting someone to agree to what you need done – and you go out and just drop the ball. You get busy, you forget – and then it’s too late. Whether it’s a buyer or store manager or new supplier – remember to always ‘follow up’ Thanks, Lindsey!
