Our word this week comes from Eric Quick of The Town Kitchen in Oakland, California. And Eric knows of what he speaks – The Town Kitchen is a catering/meal service company staffed by at risk individuals and those returning from incarceration into the workplace. They have great food and they are doing a great service – with people who know the meaning of the word: Persevere.
